Bagara & Biryani Indian Food Truck in Apex is amazing! We tried the Veg Biryani, Bezawada Boneless Biryani, dosas, and tea—everything tasted just right. The biryani was flavorful, and the tea was honestly the best I’ve had around here. Portions are generous, and prices are very reasonable. Venkat and Chef Rajendar are super friendly and make you feel welcome. We also ordered Veg Biryani for catering, and everyone loved it. Easily our favorite Indian food truck in the area!

Delicious food, amazing people, and consistently great experiences. I’ve been to the Bagara Biryani Indian Food Truck multiple times with family and friends, and it has quickly become one of our absolute favorite spots. I keep going back for the Punugulu, Bezawada Boneless Biryani, Curry Leaf Chicken, and Garlic Naan. The taste, freshness, and consistency are just outstanding every single time. Everyone I’ve brought with me has enjoyed their meals too. Friends who tried other dishes said the same thing: delicious food across the board. On our most recent visit, we added the Chicken Biryani and the Mutton Keema Dosa, and both were perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The people who run this place are incredibly humble, respectful, and welcoming. The service is great, they genuinely make you feel taken care of from the moment you walk up. I’ve already recommended this spot to several colleagues and friends, and they all loved it as well. The spacious open dining area with plenty of shaded seating adds to the overall ambience and makes it a comfortable place to enjoy a great meal.

This is an awesome place for dining. The taste is always excellent, and the biryani is especially delicious. The food is prepared with less oil and is very hygienic. When we request less spice, they kindly make it fresh according to our preference. We have tried all the biryani varieties and the mutton keema dosa—everything tasted authentic and absolutely delicious.

This is my second time ordering from this spot. After the first time I was craving it again 🤤 I ordered the Bezawada Boneless Biryani, Curry Leaf Chicken and Garlic Naan. Everything was very flavorful with the right amount of heat (medium). If I could make a suggestion, it would be for descriptions for the menu items online. I know some Indian foods but not all, and I had to Google items. Price is very reasonable for the amount of food you get. Highly recommended 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

Bagara and Biryani just became our go-to food truck! The food was 🔥 - Chicken 65, chocolate Dosa, butter chicken, and Chicken Noodles for the kids were all hits! And that Irani Chai though... 🤯 Super friendly staff and chill vibe sealed the deal. 10/10 would recommend!
