I love to visit Mighty Mike’s and treat myself to what consider to be the best barbecue in town. If you follow him on social media, or know anything about Mike, you know he cares about quality and using the best LOCAL ingredients to provide his customers the best food you’re going to get in town. Well as far as barbecue goes, this is it! Our brisket sandwiches today blew us away. Every aspect of the sandwich was perfect. Perfectly toasted, fresh and fluffy brioche bun, brisket smoked and seasoned to perfection that was tender and juicy, just a small dab of a locally sourced barbecue sauce (the flavor of the meat speaks for itself) and a little bit of his vinegar based Cole slaw for some freshness and that sandwich is perfection. His pulled pork is also amazing! At the holidays get it in his smoked pulled pork tamales and you will never get anything else. Don’t get me started on the pork belly in his delicious oooy gooey Mac & Cheese (or if you catch him selling breakfast and get it a breakfast burrito). This is a chef that pops up on the weekends at a park or local event, so the hours are limited to get this amazing food. I suggest you follow him on Instagram to find him and go out of your way to try his food! You won’t regret it!

Found a new spot for barbecue in town! Mighty Mikes Meats is hella good. I ordered the Mike-a-Roni & Meat (pulled pork). The meat was moist with a little crisp to the skin. I would definitely recommends others to come by and check out Mighty Mikes Meat. I’ll also return to try the pork belly tacos, the machos, elote bowl, and the sang which.

This is my 3rd time going here straight amazing mouth watering food My favorite bbq place ever this place is way better then Rudy’s for sure Rudy’s could not compete with the taste and how friendly the owner is that’s just my opinion this guys food is amazing this is forever my go to spot tried something new this time and let me tell you It is fire just look at it 🔥🔥🔥

Great experience and delicious BBQ meat. Had the nachos and Mac and cheese. BBQ sauce is a great blend of sweet, smoky with a hint of mustard. I'll be back to try other dishes.
