Definitely stop by The ABQ Collective to catch Root 66 Food Truck & Ruby Reds Vegan! They have delicious food for everyone. Some of the favorites are the loaded brisket nachos, burritos, bbq beast sandwich, philly cheesesteak, BLT & so much more. Ensure to keep going back because they always have special plates and great guest food trucks. Highly recommend! Plus while there can always grab a vegan coffee or specialty seasonal drink and some vegan desserts. 😋

Everything from this food truck is delish, but the vegan chicharron burrito is 🔥🔥🔥! They don’t skimp on the vegan pork skins and beans in it — and it’s just the right amount of spicy. Plus, the customer service is fantastic, making you happy to patronize them.
