Visited this food truck recently and absolutely loved it. The food here is delicious and all their dishes were YUMMY. Falafel wrap and all the Indian street food options were too good. Chef Priya is amazing! You must visit this place and taste their food.

Absolutely loved this Indian food truck. The food was fresh, flavorful and perfectly spiced. I tried the tandoori chicken over rice and it was tender, smoky, and packed with authentic Indian flavors. The rice was well-seasoned and the masala complemented the dish beautifully. Generous portions, great value for the price and friendly service made the experience even better. Definitely one of the best Indian food trucks around highly recommended.

Tried the tandoori chicken over rice at this food truck, and it was amazing. The chicken was perfectly marinated, tender, and full of flavor. Rice was fluffy and the portion was generous. Fast service, great taste — definitely coming back!

Absolutely loved the food at The Indian Express! We tried the tacos and they were simply outstanding — full of flavor and perfectly cooked. You can really taste the passion and effort that goes into every dish. The two amazing ladies running this truck are my next-door neighbors, and I couldn’t be prouder — they’re serving up some of the best food in Carmel and Indiana! If you see the truck around, do yourself a favor and stop by. You’ll thank me later!
