Delicious Mexican food truck! Superb value and very filling. It can get crowded pretty fast as this place is popular. It’s located right behind a gas station with plenty of parking in a gravel lot. They have a few outdoors tables and chairs that you can eat at. Food came out relatively fast and fresh. I had the handmade tortillas with the tacos and they were amazing. I basically tried one of each of their tacos. The rice and beans were flavorful. I would definitely order again and I highly recommend to anyone looking for some authentic Mexican food near SLC. Absolutely delicious! Also love supporting our local businesses.

I've been here a few times and every time the food is amazing. My go to is the big street tacos. The asada is delicious and good quality. The pastor is my favorite The marinade is the perfect sweetness without being too sweet. The tortillas are crispy but still foldable. Service is quick and they even have remote buzzers that go off when your order is ready.

I found this place on Google and decided to try it. I had 2 Al Pastor big tacos (highlighted in picture attached) and a side of refried beans. It was all AMAZING!! The Big tacos were served with guacamole and a few slices of fresh pineapple. The combination was to die for. The Al Pastor says spicy pork but I asked the owner and he said it wasn't. I agree with him 100%. It has the most amazing flavor ever but is not spicy. It was served hot and extremely fresh. I sat there eating while across the street I could see MOD Pizza, Zupas and all the regular food places. I would highly recommend eating here! It is a food truck so adjust your expectations to the ambiance before you arrive. There are a couple of well used outdoor tables. You can always take it to go. But if you want amazing food you won't even think about that.

Stopped by The Grill Master Al Pastor, and it did not disappoint. The tacos were full of flavor across the board. The al pastor was easily my favorite—super flavorful and just hit the spot. The chicken, carnitas, and chorizo were all very good, too. The fish and carne asada were alright—not bad, just not as stand-out as the rest. This place is absolutely worth checking out. If you are visiting Utah, it's a must-stop for some legit street-style tacos. I'm definitely stopping by again tomorrow before heading out—too good to pass up.
