I got the Big kahuna Burger and let me just tell you it was amazing. Cooked to perfection with sweet and tangy BBQ sauce. The customer service was awesome. Shaina was taking our order, she was sooo friendly and even offered safe foods for my German Shepard to eat. 10/10 keep up the good work.

I am almost 60 years old and I have never eaten from a food truck before. Let us just say for starters - I was never tempted to eat from one. No one could convince me too, and I will leave it exactly like that for now. Hmmm… let me rewind here! Well, Prevail Food changed my mind quickly. Okay not going to lie -what caught my attention to the food truck from the beginning was the old model truck with the greenery painted on the sides of the truck. I absolutely love old vehicles. I immediately took note of the food truck name. I sat in a parking lot and searched for the history behind Prevail. Then I proceeded to look at the menu online. The vegan and shrimp burger caught my eye. I am a pescatarian, so I was incredibly happy to see they had items I could partake of. Later, I would call up Prevail to ask what type of payment they accepted. Matt was a very pleasant person on the phone. I decided to order the Hawaiian Impossible Burger, along with an order of Malassadas. When I approached the window, I caught the eyes of Shaina. She was so adorable as she came up to the window. I enjoyed Shaina’s personality so bubbly and full of life. Shaina told me that Matt was making sure the Malassadas was nice and fresh. I thought to myself now that is service for sure. Shaina told me I would love the Malassadas, and she was very correct to make that statement. I cannot even describe the taste… nothing I have had before. So, my theory of food trucks went out of the window after eating from Prevail Food Truck. Not that I am going to run off and eat at every food truck I see. Nope, for now Prevail has won my heart. Lastly and more importantly, Matt is a great chef, and the food he prepared left my tastebuds salivating for more. One thing to count on…I will be back.

I'm really leary about eating from a food truck, but, once I had my first plate from Prevail, I'm addicted. I love the Karaake Chicken and can't wait to try the mochiko Chicken. They're definitely 5 stars - awesome job, Matt & Shaina!

I had the vegan burger, which comes with grilled pineapple, gouda cheese, and crispy onions. It was absolutely DELICIOUS!!!!! I would drive a good distance to eat it again. Five stars!

This chef is so talented which makes everything he cooks absolutely delicious. Wood fired pizza and everything else I have tried has been amazing!!
