Stopped in after a long day of travel and needing something to eat. Was really happy they were open late. Didn't get the guys name that was working there but he was very friendly and helpful. He had just moved there from Tennessee. Great guy. I would stop here again when I'm in the area.
Nomad Life
Came here looking forward to trying the surf and turf or maybe even the duck. Come to find out that the menu they posted is not the menu they have available to choose from. Our meals were ok, but nothing like the "gourmet food" that they and people previously boasted about. I was hoping the dome would have had a transparent ceiling to enjoy the stars, but alas, that was covered too. Overpriced for what it is. To get here, you have to drive on a gravel road, so take it slow and don't worry, you aren't going to the wrong place.

I recently visited Clear Sky Food Truck in Arizona and had a mixed experience. The food was quite disappointing (1/5 stars) – it lacked flavor and freshness. On the brighter side, the service was decent (3/5 stars); the staff was friendly. The atmosphere was the highlight (4/5 stars) with a pleasant and inviting setup. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it for the food, but the place & property is nice if you’re just looking to hang out.

There was absolutely no reason for this place to be this good! Omg, this was one of the best meals I had the entire trip. The steak was cooked perfectly, shrimp tasted super fresh (in the middle of the dessert) and the salmon and salad was light and flavorful. Very fair price, really can’t say enough good things. I’d suggest you go out of your way on the way back from the Grand Canyon to come here.

I don’t even know where to start. Chef Paul was absolutely amazing and one of the friendliest people Ive ever met. I did not have high hopes for a food truck but I was absolutely blown away. My partner and I got an order of BBQ wings, fried Mac N Cheese bites and a surf and Turf. The Surf N Turf was the best steak I’ve ever had in my life. The chicken wings were AMAZING we even had someone come up to us and ask us what smelled so good. Unfortunately I live almost 6 hours away so I’m just going to have to crave the Mac N Cheese bites for the rest of my life. Don’t even get me started on the dessert. I honestly would drive all of the way back out here just for the food.
