$19 beef/brisket sandwich was horrible!!! Super dry and tough and barely any bbq sauce. I kept thinking maybe it would get better but after attempting 4 bites.... The best thing was the truffle fries. Maybe I should've went with the hot link sandwich, but I don't think I'll be giving them another try.

Randy and the team at Smokin Diner are wonderful. We recently had them at a company event with their food truck, and they did a great job. They are easy to work with, have delicious options, and helped make our event a huge success. I highly recommend Smokin Diner for a delicious meal as well as events!

Had this at the 060. Its easy to mess up a pulled pork sandwich and they didnt. It didnt need sauce at all. Which the sauce was good too. Tater salad delicious! beans delicious! Dont miss your chance when you see this truck out

I have seen the Smokin Diner Food Truck twice near the area where I work, so the second time I saw it I decided to try it. They had a sliced brisket on the menu picture, so I decided to order the 2 meat dinner consisting of Brisket, Hot Links, Potato Salad, and Baked Beans. Upon making and receiving my order, the staff was extremely friendly. When I received my order the brisket was chopped not sliced, which made the brisket dry. The sides were flavorful and the meat was good, overall this was a good experience.

Smokin’ Diner is the best food truck I have been to so far in Wichita. We got the Brisket dinner which comes with Pulled Pork, 1 Rib & Hot Link was a trip around the dinner, with a sample of each meat. The pulled pork was so tender and juicy, with the smoky flavor. The Rib was also cooked very well, with just the right amount of Randy’s special dry rub. We also tried the tacos with pulled pork so tender and sweet with homemade BBQ Sauce, tart cheddar cheese who doesn’t like lots of cheese. Spring Lettuce and tomatoes topped with Sour Cream. We enjoyed eating with new friends was great, large portion sizes, and friendly service was over the top. Thank You, Randy and Lil.
