In a sea of many 5 star reviews, I initially hesitated in providing this review. However, this critical review is provided in the spirit of improving the future quality of this specific menu item. I want to see this food truck succeed as food options are very limited in White Rock. I ordered the "Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs". The Chicken Fried Steak was very good along with the white sausage gravy. I asked for the eggs to be scrambled. They were way, way, way overcooked and, actually, ruined the rest meal for me! Scrambled eggs should be moist and shiny when properly cooked, not dry, crumbly and burnt. The hash browns were virtually nonexistent since they were hidden under the overcooked eggs. Since it was difficult to separate the eggs from the hash browns, the hash browns tasted like burnt scrambled eggs. Even using the white sausage gravy could not salvage the eggs and hash browns. Lastly, the service was good! It is obvious that many of your menu items are well liked. To your continued success!

Best burritos in the area, I even prefer them over anything in santa fe. It's also really nice to have a food truck in white rock with the lack of food nearby.

I stumbled upon this food truck by chance, and I’m so glad I did. The moment I took a bite of their chorizo burrito, I knew I’d found something special. Forget Wendy’s, forget IHOP — this place blows them both out of the water. The burrito is loaded with perfectly seasoned chorizo, fluffy eggs, melty cheese, and just the right amount of spice. Everything tastes fresh and made with care — you can tell they’re not cutting corners. Even the tortilla was toasted just right, giving it that perfect crunch on the outside and softness on the inside. Service is quick and friendly, and the prices are more than fair for the quality you get. This isn’t just good “for a food truck” — it’s genuinely some of the best breakfast food I’ve had anywhere. If you’re craving something hearty, flavorful, and unforgettable, skip the drive-thru chains and track this truck down. The chorizo burrito alone is worth the trip. 🔥 Easily the best breakfast burrito in town — maybe anywhere.

Burritos are so good. Food is made fresh to order and the price is right. Best breakfast burrito I’ve had in a long time.
