Jays dumplings is worth the stop! Their custard & red bean buns are light, sweet & adorable you almost feed bad eating them knowing how much time & love this family puts into their food! When I’m not feeling great it’s the only place I want to eat from, can’t get enough of the pork buns! I make my husband get them for us all the time when the food truck park is open. Definitely give them a try and don’t sleep on the other options at the park either!

I found the food options a bit pricey but thats on inflation not the food trucks. The food i purchased was good. Not great. Will definitely try it again.

Wow. Just wow. Jay’s Dumpling Truck is a rare gem serving up delicious dumplings and bao. It’s really the first authentic Chinese food I have had in Maine that is reasonably priced. Good size portion and they gave me a yummy spicy sauce that I added to the broth that the dumplings came in. I ate 15 dumplings and a bao and was nicely full and satiated. Thanks so much to Popo and Jay for being here and serving up such great food!

Blissue Brew went above and beyond on making sure I got what I was hoping to order. Very responsive on Facebook and so nice! If you haven't tried their summer Smores latte yet its a must! They're often at Waterville Foodtruck Park but also doordash 8-11 am😊 So happy there's a yummy coffee truck in town and great food truck park for date nights!🫶🏼
