We had Greg and the team at Roam cater our rehearsal dinner for our wedding, and it was out of this world! Not only do they make delicious food from family recipes, but they are true artists, and genuinely good people. We did a taco bar with a couple different salads and the looks on our guests' faces were amazing - people were going for seconds and thirds! The food was made with love and it was felt by our closest friends and family members. Greg even made us a special snacking cake from his grandmother's recipe for us to have the morning of our wedding, along with specially made hot sauces we got to take home - you don't find that level of personalization and thoughtfulness just anywhere. 10/10, service, quality, and value, but 15/10 people. We cannot thank you guys enough!!

Roam Food Truck at Bairds Tavern - so many good things to say. We tend to be Friday early evening regs, and love have a cocktail, '220's' are the best - be sure to ask Rikki (@Rikkiretro Insta) for one and a shot/wash in my tankard. But Fridays got better ! The Roam Food truck team has impeccable Food. Locally sources products and meats, we recently had the Bao Bun and Caponata. The flavor profiles and texture of the Bao Buns pork belly was the perfect balance sweet succulent and the right balance of soft crispness. Comprised with wood grill overtones and a fabulous finish with a perfect bun steamed with just the right umame. The caponata, is always a favorite with the right blends of textures, flavors, and quantity. Price is competitive and a superb value for the quality - these Fellas do a great job and then some. Also engaging and fun to chat with. Stop buy, say hi to the crew and have a pint with George and feast.
