Unplanned stop on my way to rose32 bakery. Even though I wasn’t that hungry I was tempted to try. Got the 3 meat plate and couldn’t stop eating, delicious food

Stopped here on a BBQ tour of Western Mass. Ribs were very good - nice smoke ring, solid seasoning with a slight bit of sweetness. Brisket was chopped and a little salty. Pulled chicken had a rubbery skin but was moist, not a lot of flavor. Corn bread was good, beans were heavily seasoned (maybe too much for me) and a little soft, cole slaw was crunchy with nice pepper seasoning.

I have been eyeing up this BBQ joint for some time now and I'm glad I finally made the drive up here. I stopped by for lunch and I was immediately greeted by the friendly pit master. I went with the Texas Brisket sandwich and it was delicious. The roll was nice and soft and clearly fresh. The Texas Brisket itself was delicious. I ate half the sandwich before opting to try some of their sauces due to how delicious the meat was. There is a nice little seating area next to it as well that's convenient with about four large picnic tables to sit at.

Great food. A touch high in price but well worth it. You can buy bulk quantities to bring home as a component of your dinner or BBQ or just buy something, like a sandwich, for on the go. Service is great and they do their best to make sure you have a good experience. Highly recommended.
