First time getting their rolled ice cream and not disappointed!!!! My niece got the fried Oreos and got the teenager approval 😂🥰 I got the tutti fruiti, mango sauce, and fruity pebbles with whip cream I wish I got a pic of the adorable review from a little boy on a napkin. He gave 5 stars 💖 We all enjoyed it and the staff are very nice 😊 PS they offered root beer floats too, I almost got it but I know what my stomach can hold lol

Service was great. They were pretty slammed but advised people of that before they ordered, which is fair. We opted to wait, but the ice cream was not what we're used to for Thai rolled ocean cream. Softer and fell apart/mushed while eating. Maybe it's because they were so busy--that the thing couldn't stay cold enough? Idk. It was OK ice cream, though.

I had the rolled ice cream choose flavor ( vanilla) sauce ( peach) and topping ( chocolate chips). It cost 12 but was a lot of ice cream in a cup. Fun environment. Good ice cream.

Foodtrucks are the main thing in Valdez, because the restaurants feel like garbage. The food from this truck was fast and good, and it was a nice portion Very much enjoyed the coleslaw too, would highly recommend that. All in all order your food in Valdez here or at one of the other trucks
