We had such an amazing experience at Acapulco Food Truck! We went on a busy Friday evening and still got our food within five minutes, which was super impressive. All three workers we talked to were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The outdoor tables were clean, and the whole atmosphere was great. We ordered the chicken salad bowl and the steak burrito, and both were absolutely incredible. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Honestly 10/10 — the best food truck I’ve been to, and the amazing customer service made it even better. Highly recommend! Thank you!!!

Amazing spot, perfect place to go halfway between Portland and spokane. The al pastor is delicious and they gave us a fish taco on the house to try because it was our first time. And they were right, we will definitely get that next time - it was one of the best ones! Sweet kind people. Will be making this our go to spot next time we are on a road trip.

Place is off the chain! Fish tacos and the pastor are the best you'll find. Don't have to be in a big city to find the best tacos in the state. You won't regret stopping. Incredibly friendly staff too. Must eat. Making this a staple of every trip in this direction.

Ever since finding Acapulco, I’ve been stopping almost once a week when I’m nearby for work. I started with the surf and turf burrito and immediately fell in love. The steak and shrimp together are unreal it’s packed with flavor and always cooked perfectly. Then I tried the shrimp tacos and somehow fell in love all over again. They’re loaded, fresh, and that sauce on top is next level. And if you like a little heat, their Diablo sauce is perfect. It’s got just the right amount of spice the kind that makes your nose run a little, but it’s so good you keep adding more to every bite anyway. Now every time I go, it’s honestly a tough decision trying to figure out what to order. You really can’t go wrong. Acapulco has officially become my go-to spot.

Love it!!! Every chance I get I stop. Great food and service, they serve the same flavor every time and anytime that’s what I like the flavor never changes. I recommend this stop to everyone!
