The guy cooking and the woman at the front counter were so nice. I got the catfish it was delicious. My son and husband got the ribs and loved them. Daughter got the tacos and loved them. Overall wonderful experience

First we had a huge piece of plastic in our potato salad, now the following morning my husband was so sick from food poisoning we ended up in the emergency room, he was the only one to eat the pulled pork or any meat at all and I have never experienced anyone so sick from food poisoning in my life. This place needs shut down before they kill someone.

This is what real BBQ should taste like! I got the burnt ends with fried pickles and collard greens. Everything was cooked to perfection and tastes phenomenal. Miles above the Big chains like Dickeys with that homemade taste of love. My new favorite restaurant in Topeka!

Have wanted to try this place for years but never had the chance until they opened a location just a few miles away from me. We got the Burnt Ends meal and some of the ends were tough to chew but the majority were perfect. The fries are my new favorite kind of fries. The best however, was the dessert - we each had a medium jar of cheesecake, and it was probably the best cheesecake I've ever had! Service was great. I didn't expect to spend as much as I did, but it was with it. I'll definitely be visiting again.
