Esther made a protein cake for me for my birthday as I am not able to handle a lot of “sweet”. It was a custom order for a banana and peanut butter cake (protein packed). It was super tasty and she nailed it! The cake didn’t make me feel sick so I know it was not full of sugar! She will work with you for custom orders! Thank you so much! One of my favorite birthday cakes ever!

Esther's food is amazing. Make a point to try items from her food truck if she is in your area, it'll keep you coming back for more! Having a sweet tooth I'd say the same about her chocolates. Her cocoa bombs stand apart and are worth the cost. They are specialty artisan chocolates and give your hot cocoa chocolate experience you have never experienced.

Absolutely decadent and wonderful. I was so lucky to win a box of Valentine's chocolates. I did share but wish I would've stashed them away. I look forward to the St Patty's ones I have ordered and more in the future.
