Had the food truck in chandler at a family reunion the Greek flavors of gyro was super authentic. I love Mediterranean food hummus Xpress have the falafels and lots of vegan option very healthy. Must try their Tempe location for lunch

tried the Hummus Xpress food truck at a work event in scottsdale during my visit to phoenix and loved it the food truck was great! the food tasted very authentic for Greek/Mediterranean cooking vegan and gluten free option available. I hope I get to visit their location in Tempe for lunch and try a greek gyro with that good taziki sauce! yummy!

My first time trying it from the food truck at a school catering festival we had the falafels and gyro rice bowl with pita my friend had the chicken bowl with eggplant in it. It was amazing
