I had a food trailer built in Texas brand new. It was supposed to be California compliant. It was not, there were so many things done wrong or completely left out. So I pull up to LA CUSTOM FOOD TRUCKS to talk to Vik. This guy was such a jokester, but after all the jokes he got down to business. We went through the trailer and the plans. He pointed out all the corrections I needed. Then he called Andy over and these guys started brainstorming like a movie. They were rattling off codes and requirements. Their shop was full so I did a tour and I could tell they knew what they were doing. Quality is top notch, they build from the ground up. Needless to say I left my trailer with them for an estimated 3 weeks. Vik called me 2 days after I dropped it off to pick-up my plans. The health department approved the plans, and Vik and Andy had my trailer back to me in 2 weeks from start to finish. These guys are very knowledgeable, skilled and efficient. The trailer was certified the following week, and is out paying for itself. Couldn't have asked for two better guys to work with. My next trailer will be built by LA CUSTOM FOOD TRUCKS start to finish. HIGHLY RECOMMED!! THANK YOU guys again!! JEFFREY M.
