This place specializes in birria. Highly recommended. A few menu items that you can't go wrong with are: Birria Tacos (birria and cheese), Birria Quesadillas, and Birria en Caldo (Birria Soup/Broth). Food here is excellent, always fresh and prices are reasonable.

Prices are getting pretty expensive. I love this food truck. Closest to home. Went there ladt Saturday. Super fast and so delicious. The only thing sucks is they that take cash only. I hate it when their price per taco changes, and I don't have enough for how many wanted plus tax. I got their Mulita de birriah and that was $5 and some cents almost $6 just for 1. I got 9. It looks like a pizza with an extra tortilla on top. Dipped and cooked. Crisp and yummy. Their birriah tacos are still about $4 and some cents per taco. I got 6. And my all time favorite quesadilla birriah is still the cheapest and big slices!!! I bought 1 comes in 3 slices. Consume costs $2 for a good size cup. Looks like an 4oz cup. I love this truck still. They will continue to be my all time to-go grab munchies. I would of give maybe 5 star, but only when they do decide accept cards. Then again, I guess business are different from one to another.

I ordered super burrito and birria burrito no onions and lite beans with green salsa, those burritos were very dry with lots of doughy tortillas came with no salsa no sour cream consume was bland no flavor. I seen the way the lady put her tip jar in my face before I ordered. Very unprofessional.. not the best taco truck in Stockton for sure. I'm going back to la birria

EDIT: I showed it to a few people, and the consensus is it's from a stainless steel scrubber that they likely use to clean the grill. I avoid metal brushes or sponges for cleaning our grill for this reason! It can easily contaminate food and cause injury! I ordered here for the second time today and found a piece of metal in my burrito while I was chewing a bite. It wasn't the foil wrapper. I opened the rest of it and didn't find anything else unusual, but still lost my appetite. I would really like to know what it is and how it got in my burrito. The food was good (foreign objects aside), the price is reasonable, and everyone is very friendly. But I am hesitant to eat there or take my child there again due to safety.
