The reason for the 5 star reviews is that the food is better than every other Mexican food in Tahoe.... but expensive and small portions. The carne asada is cut into small squares and not the way it should be. AND it was very hard to chew... I'm guessing that they cube round steak. Not horrible but definitely not 5 star. But still it's better than the other Mexican restaurants in S.Lake. We used to have a great variety of good restaurants in town, but not anymore.

Had their birria quesadilla and it was amazing! Crispy tortilla and juicy meat! Priced right! Definitely won’t be my last visit! 👌🙏😊

Really delicious Mexican food. We tried the super burrito with carne asada and the Gordita with carnitas. We wanted to try the Al pastor but it was sold out so it must be good! Everything we got was really fresh and super flavorful.
