Diaz is an affordable and delicious lunch spot off the side of Gravenstein Highway. I got the tacos (chorizo and pastor) and my wife got the 2 taco combo with pastor and pollo asado tacos (the combo comes with beans and rice). Our tacos were delicious, service was fast and friendly, and the outdoor tables were clean. Overall a great casual lunch experience!! 🌮

Gabriel Diaz’s taco truck just catered our Celebration of Life in Cotati. Every person (200 folks) raved about his food. He supplied the best accouterments atmosphere and above all friendly smiles for all. I highly recommend this incredible catering service.

I frequent taco trucks, but hadn’t tried this gem near me until today. I tried the al pastor and pollo tacos (3.50 for a little larger than typical street taco size), and they were full of meat and were incredibly flavorful and juicy. I find it so hard to find juicy flavorful chicken tacos, and these were great. Some of the best al pastor I’ve had outside of Mexico. The salsas are also amazing (esp the green) and the chips are warm thin perfection. The guy at the truck is also super nice. Will DEFINITELY be going back.
