This trail of food THE PEOPLE MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE A FRIEND OR FAMILY, they are so kind and treat you with so much respect, apart from the fact that the food is unique, sometimes I know that a mishap can happen but they are lilpios and it is a cool flavor in all their meals, the tortillas of Delicious flour and the corn ones are all handmade. I recommend them and don't be fooled or spend your money on something that doesn't work. They use Harris Ranch meats because I realized if you want to eat something that you crave in some way, they give you that pleasure. Highly recommended by our entire family. I recommend breaded macaron and breaded fish tacos, heaven sea and land, the governor, pork rinds in red sauce, the Sinaloan machaca mmm how delicious, and the carnitas with a different flavor than usual that they envicoan you in their meals.! I took the time of explain why there are bad people who dedicate themselves to cheating businesses to make them bankrupt but it is not achieved with a truth that you can verify.!! In this chat there is a person speaking badly but he If they do, he has an ugly mess, not only food trucks, but also tire businesses that barely opened and he does it to hurt them. But God does not allow things to go wrong for those people.!! In fact, I have found that person eating here several times and they have not complained about anything.

Seen this truck a bunch of times. First time going. Got 3 tacos. Asada, carnitas and Chile Rojo. One good thing is they make their tortillas hand made fresh. Presentation looked great. Taste was lacking. It was a wet carnitas. Not crispy like traditional. Chile Rojo was ok. Asada was the worst taco I've had in my life. Tasted like they scrapped the flat grill but did not clean it. Horrible experience. Nasty nasty asada taco. Good thing I eat the carnitas and Chile Rojo first if not I would have thrown the whole thing away.

We had Los Pueblos at our family event and they were awesome! About 120 guests were served and everyone loved the food, delicious and hot! Accommodated vegetarian options as well.

Best carnitas tacos in Santa Maria!!!! They have pupusas too! All their food is delicious highly recommend this place me and my girlfriend go every night. You won't be disappointed!

The best tacos I’ve ever had in my life, and I’ve had a ton. Seriously. After spending months away from Santa Maria in Portland, it was refreshing to come home to authentic, delicious Mexican food. The service is fantastic as well—very friendly people who take pride in their craft. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!!
