I go to this truck about 3 times a week. Their barbacoa tacos are some of the best I’ve had nationwide. The plates come with beans and rice not like most places in town that sell plates without the sides for the same or higher price . Best tacos on the block hands down .

My family picked out this food truck for us to grab dinner, so I wasn't able to research ahead of time. I should have suspected trouble when I saw the menu misspelled torta as "tora." Also, my Cubana sandwich had hot dogs in it. Not making this up. One of the only bad meals I've had in Santa Fe.

*Update* After coming here for a bit now, the food is still really good and made fast. They now accept card! I would usually get double tortilla because the tortillas would be fairly thin. They are now thicker tortillas that seem like they are homemade and thick. It definitely adds a flavor of authenticity and makes the food taste that much better. I definitely recommend this taco truck (plus the barbacoa tacos) and make a trip to it whenever I am up in Santa Fe. Great food and quick. Only downside is they only take cash.

Got here, ordered a spicy pork burrito, drove back home and ate it. Discovered that it’s the best burrito we’ve ever had. Drove back, and got another burrito. As a tourist we will not be back soon to Santa Fe, but this burrito will stay in our mind.
