I specifically wanted to eat Honduran food, so I checked out this place. I ordered the classic Honduran “Pollo con Tajadas” and boy it did not disappoint. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the taste of each of the components of the dish was perfectly authentic and it tasted exactly as it did when I ate this dish in Honduras decades ago. The green plantains were cooked perfectly, and the vegetables and the dressing also tasted great. I ate all the chicken and most of the green plantains. Will definitely order that again. I also ordered two Mexican chicken tacos. They were pretty good but I was not in love with them. I also ordered Honduran “baleadas”, the ones with just beans/cheese/crema and also with scrambled eggs. Unfortunately they were out of avocados which would’ve added another depth of flavor to the baleadas. The tortillas were handmade from scratch, as it is customary with Honduran baleadas. The taste of the baleadas was also spot on and they tasted exactly how they tasted back in Honduras decades ago. They do not look great all bunched up together but they taste good enough to be worth trying out. I’d order two next time instead of seven and I’ll tell the lady to heat up my tortillas a little bit longer in order to get a slightly firmer/harder texture. Overall, I had a positive experience with the food at this establishment and I will eat here again.

Delicious food with the utmost of quality, made fresh once you order. Family owned and operated business with friendly staff. They have a base menu and daily or weekend specials as well. It's hard to say what I recommend because everything is delicious! From their mouth-watering fish soup and pozole to their delicious grilled offerings like steak add pork chops - you will not regret your choice and I am sure you will come again just like me! I'm always for supporting local businesses and I'm glad it's in a great location, near my job.

After many weeks of research, and reaching out to various food trucks / vendors / restaurants, we ended up with only a few final choices. on that list was LFC! (latin Flavor Cuisine!). it didn't take us long to finally make our way to their truck to try the food. Based on the pleasant communications between the team alone we were pretty positive we were picking LFC - After actually trying the food, we were positive they had what it would take on ALL FRONTS, to handle the food at our wedding. After being extremely patient with us and the Venue owner, we figured out a plan to execute the big day! LFC did NOT disappoint. The Various flavors of Tacos were a MASSIVE hit, and everyone who attended mentioned not only the wonderful food, but the kind and friendly attitude of the LFC staff. They worked with us every step of the way and we are so grateful we got to share our special day with them, as they truly added to the ambience. hoping to hire them again for our ten year anniversary party!

I had the honor of having carna asada ,salad rice,beans and tortillas. The meat was so flavorful and very tender. I normally don't eat anybody's beans but my own. These beans were so delicious as well. The rice was full of flavor. The tortillas are hand made and as well as delicious. Go and eat off this food truck the food is Excellent. Thank you so much for the best I have ever had off a truck.

So good so clean, and very well cost effective. 2 tacos will make you full, hit those 500 calories clean and just cost you $6 and some extra crunchy chips with cheese and beans . Omg How can you skip it.
