Well. I'm doing a review with our even have a chance of trying it , I stood there for like 10 minutes, call for help and no one, as i was leaving the parking lot i saw a young lady coming out of the car that was park just next to the lunch truck. As a business person , that wasn't ethical at all and any customer deserves attention , potentially that could be the one that will lead you to support your business for a long time ....

My husband and I went last night at around 10 pm, my husband was waiting in line and for someone to take his order for over 10 minutes (no one infront of us) she would just stare at us and he asked multiple times if he could order. I went into the car with our son after I ordered two quesibirria with a side of rice. Not only did they give us a wrong order she also way overpriced charged us and even charged us for beans that we didn’t even receive or order. It was late and we were already home when we noticed. We tasted our food and yes the birria was delicious but as soon as I opened my rice (which was ice cold) and dipped my birria in the consume I Almost threw up, the consume tasted old and rot. My husbands stomach did not stop hurting all night. It was way too expensive to the fact we couldn’t even eat the food. When I warmed up the rice it was also old and tasted bad. Never go, customer service is the worse and the food is expensive and bad like get you sick bad and old.

The birria was very tasty but the tacos were a little too greasy and expensive for my taste. Cash only is a little difficult in this era. Lots of other choices on this stretch of 13th Street.

TL;DR: I crave it almost every day. Best beef birria I've had so far. I never have to pay extra for consomme, because I usually get 2-3 birria tacos. However, I've seen people only get 1 birria taco and not get consomme included. Birria tacos have good portion and aren't excessively greasy. Comes with lime, radish, yummy salsa, and sometimes a pepper. They have quesabirria and ramen birria. Haven't tried the ramen birria yet. For a time, I saw vegetarian birria but not sure it's still available. They also have regular street tacos, and al pastor is pretty good. Agua frescas are pretty good, but if you're unfamiliar, beware how sugary sweet some can be. Since introducing this place to coworkers, they go without me because they love it that much. I stare longingly at the truck every day I drive by.
