The most exasperating experience in a while. 2 hours to get a burger and fries during a movie. They make each order at a time when they have 50 orders. They refuse to put 20 burgers on the grill at a time. Terrible service. Shut it down.

Catering this year's Zoofest and they are completely unprepared. Been waiting in line for over an hour and the line has barely moved.... Their food is good though, Zoofest messed up and should have had more people catering

Waited over an hour for the food. Not sure why they kept taking orders if the wait was going to be over an hour.
