Matt is awesome and an amazing chef. I've tried multiple menu items from here and all have been some of the top burgers, chicken sandwiches, and wraps I've ever had. The cheesesteak he used to make was phenomenal too. I wish he started his own restaurant, as we would be regulars. I try to have his food at least once every three weeks!

Customer service is alive and well at the Slap truck! The owner is very friendly and will take time with you to go over what he has to offer! It won’t matter what you pick on the menu from the chicken, pork or beef. It is all high quality and hand crafted to order. After you take your first bite you will want to leave a 5 star review from start to finish! If you’re ever around where this truck is I would highly recommend.

A friend told me about Slap Truck and said we needed to try it. We did and can say we were definitely not disappointed. We tried the Smash Burger 🍔, Carolina Girl chicken sandwich and Elotes Ribs. Everything was delicious and we have been back several time. I like the different options and specials that they offer. I'm glad that they have their spot at Under The Oaks in Ridgeland!!!
