We have food trucks that come to my job in Clearfield every Tuesday and Thursday. I tried El Sarten for the first time and it was delicious. The two guys were very kind and cook really good!!! I had the sandwich cubano. It was so good I went back to get their carne asada quesadilla. I can’t wait for them to come back. They’re my favorite food truck so far.

Food and prices have been decent, would give it a four star normally, but just tried to use my "one entree, one free" coupon from the FTL book and they made me get 2 of the same entree instead of getting a different, cheaper one, as the free entree. Then when I got the food there's barely any meat on it. It looks like they split the meat between the two sandwiches I had to duplicate... Maybe that's why? Poor service that doesn't make any sense? I'll skip it next time

Those were the best fries I've ever had at at a restaurant! The seasoning on them was amazing! The chicken strips were really good as well but it's the fries that stole the show. The others in my party loved the burritos they had. They left plenty full afterwards. The only knock I could find was not having refillable sodas or water. I was glad that the drinks you did provide for purchase weren't extremely high in price though. This will be my new stop for when I'm down in this area. I apologize for the picture. I ate some of the fries and took a bite of chicken before I thought to take the picture. I'm a big guy and I left full.

I visited this place in the Provo Towne Center food court. There were 3 young men working behind the counter. I have never tried this place so decided to order the El Sartén burger. It has a hamburger patty, bacon, mac and cheese, onion rings, tomatoes, lettuce, caramelized onions, house-made fry sauce AND cheese sauce on a toasted sesame seed bun. It looked amazing! There was a small issue that the young men quickly addressed. So kudos to awesome and prompt customer service. The burger that I did eat was delicious! Bun perfectly toasted. Onion rings and bacon crisp. Great blend of flavors.

Costumer service was good, not amazing... its a new place so understandable, I ordered fetuccine alfredo; in the ingredients does not says green peas. Pasta wasn't the best even though they said it was the representative pasta. They did not had soda; even though I paid for a drink [I had to grab from the store next door]. Pizza was good; probably a 5 out of 10. I asked for parmesan cheese (which they put in my pasta) for my pizza and they said they did not have. I wouldn't recommend this place; my expectations were really high but it definitely is not the best. Not worth the 21.97 dollars I spent here.
