Cultro has the best Dominican food I've had, out of a truck or otherwise. The food is extremely flavorful. I love the rice bowls with pernil(roast pork) or chicken. They add beans and sweet plantain for a well rounded bowl, full of flavor and texture. I've also had a killer smash burger, which I love because they actually season the meat! They have a great taco and empanada taco hybrid with this delightful pineapple salsa that makes all the flavors pop. The couple who runs it, along with their staff, are very friendly. I say this bc tbh I'm tired of snooty food truck owners that treat customers like they're a nuisance. I am always looking online to see when their truck is out. Do yourself a favor and try Cultro!

The food is absolutely delicious and packed with so much flavor. I especially loved the rice bowl and the empanada — both were incredibly tasty. The burger was also very good, juicy, and cooked perfectly. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

I hired Cultro for a big birthday event at our home for my wife, who loves Mexican food. Leslie and her team delivered great tacos and empanadas for us. The improvised with some squash from my garden for a vegetarian in our group. Their truck is clean and quiet. The staff were immaculately dressed and so polite and professional. I would highly recommend this food truck.

We’ve been fans of this taco truck for years, and their food has never let us down. They’re always fresh, flavorful, and made with care. When it came time to plan our wedding, there was no question who we wanted to feed our guests. They absolutely delivered! Our guests are still raving about the tacos. The team was professional, friendly, and made the whole experience feel personal. We’re so grateful to have had them be part of such a special day. Highly recommend for any event, or just when you’re craving the best tacos and empanadas around!
