I live down the street and used to come here all the time even when the owner, the older Hispanic woman who always rocks a black baseball cap, treated me like shit and was always rude. I always made it a point to tip 3-4 bucks on any burrito or quesadilla I got and I was still treated poorly. I went a couple weeks ago to grab a breakfast burrito with Trips and the girl charged me and extra $4 when it was $2 the previous visit I had made. And every time I ask for 3 salsas they always give me 2, even when I've asked in spanish it's always been 2. I literally have had to check my bag and then turn around and ask for another salsa. Tavos Tacos down the street is phenomenal and more traditional and on point than Don Pedros, besides it's a younger Mexican guy trying to make it with his own cart. Tmbut Don Pedros needs to work on their customer service BIG TIME and I hope the owner reads this because I have spent well over a thousand dollars over the past 3 years going there for Mexican food.

Horrible customer service specifically this one lady that works there. It seems she has multiple bad reviews on here. She always has an attitude and I always specifically ask for NO ONIONS. I always find CHUNKS of onions in my food when she takes my order !!! And I know she understands English so what is her problem?

It's Mid at best the prices here pissed me off it was $52 for 2 people who had the amounts of tacos. The prices here are more expensive than the prices in LA.

Food is great, been coming here for around 10 years. Miss the OG crew, seeing Jessica makes me not want to order. Reply to the “Owner” Okay correction, since you been opened. There was a woman with braces that use to work there? Also one in the AM with glasses? Extremely nice. Jessica if you are the owner and took my order fix your attitude maybe?

I’m sorry are you sure you are reviewing have the right Location? My business has only been open for 6 years. I am the owner and my name is Jessica but I’m a bit confused why you assume I have an attitude and took your order? I will look into my morning cashiers service as I have not worked at the food cart in well over 4 years. Thank you for letting me know.

Check your order before you leave. Incompetent staff who either don't listen or don't understand anything but Spanish. If they only hire Spanish speakers, that's fine, but dont advertise food in English. I don't know how refried beans gets confused with French fries. It's not that hard NOT to add onions to tacos, if they actually cared enough to listen. I used to like this place but the food isn't good enough to tolerate staff that can't get an order right. This isn't the first time they haven't been able to figure out what "no onions" means. I want my money back for the gross fries and my tip since they don't deserve one for messing up the entire order.
