Avoid this company at all costs if you are new. Every appliance they use is the cheapest chinese junk you can find and they have zero respect for people and their money. I have waited a while to leave a review of this company because for the last 2 years I believed it was my ignorance as a new business owner that caused me to misunderstand decisions being made; I realize now the depth of incompetence of this company makes me want to sue. First let's start off with complete lack of accountability and respect. I had paid the 50% upfront of $42k and was literally forgot about for a full month. I contacted them and was informed I had "slipped through the cracks" but because they put in a buffer time frame on the contract they were still within the allowed time to build it so nothing but an apology was issued. The time frame was not met. Secondly. After paying around 80k for your services you continually questioned design ideas to the point of aggravation, I shouldn't need to have a fight with you about wanting a viewing window for more than 3 conversations. Thirdly, when time came, after having received full payment, after having me drive over 3 hours to come and pick up the finished product you inform me that a "never happened before" event occurred with something you were responsible for delaying my ability to pay yet again for something that should have been covered in the orginal price quote. Again, only half hearted apologies for wasted time, money, and effort. All the appliances used are the cheapest pieces of junk you can find. I have literally been laughed at over the phone for trying to find replacement parts for the chinese products they use because no one has heard of some of the brands. Upon picking up the finished trailer there was a lot of sheepish comments from the workers about the placement of the generator they had bolted to the frame. Telling me "id figure it out eventually", what they meant was when they bolted to the frame they blocked the only access for changing the oil. Again, I genuinely wish I could sue for the amount of time and money this company has made me waste essentially replacing every thing they put in.

They have a wealth of knowledge which helps when you're not sure if you need something or not. We'll definitely have them build us a bigger trailer when it's time to go bigger!

I highly recommend Stradabella for any mobile kitchen custom builds, or maintenance! Patrick, David, Shawn, Paul, and the entire team take your project start to finish with care and a high level of craft! I worked with Stradabella on my one-of-a-kind 1950’s vintage food truck, destined for Southern California. This project had many hurdles and due to its custom nature, many unknowns. Because of this, no other kitchen builder in Phoenix could have taken on this project with such dedication and attention to detail. In the end, Stradabella lived up to their slogan ‘If you dream it, we can build it’ and it passed every inspection in one of the toughest counties in the country! Been in the business over three years and we started with a 12' trailer. We came to Stradabella to have this 20' beauty of a trailer built, 24' w/tong. Top notch quality and excellent craftsmanship. Patrick and his team down at Stradabella really went above and beyond with this build. Brand new top of the line equipment. She is roomy, functional, and beautiful, with plenty of storage space, which has allowed us to increase sales fifty percent so far, allowed us to service more quests in a shorter amount of time, and gave us more than three times the capacity for product. A huge thank you to Patrick and his crew down at Stradabella we are definitely very satisfied customers!
