Recently attended a function that was catered by 1up Food Truck and Catering. We were pleasantly surprised with how delicious EVERYTHING was. Brisket was tender and juicy, mashed potatoes were flavorful and the green beans very tasty. Very professional and friendly. Highly suggest this catering service!

Hands down the best food truck in town! No matter how often their menu changes, everything they serve is consistently delicious. I'm especially obsessed with all of their lemonade flavors — adding boba takes it to the next level! We even had them cater my sister’s wedding with an incredible, all-out taco bar that guests are still raving about. Whether you catch them at an event or book them for catering, you can count on amazing food and even better service. Highly recommend!
