Delicious across the board. I got the pork sandwich, some of the best egg rolls I've ever had, and an iced coffee. For $16. Will absolutely visit again and again, soon.

We're staying so close to the Di Da Food Truck we couldn't pass up the bright red food truck parked outside Gulf Coast Brewery. As long-time fans of Vietnamese cuisine, we missed our usual Pho and Vermicelli bowls, but the fried rice and Bahn Mi more than made up for it. The owner is incredibly sweet and personalizes every order. We loved the convenience of grabbing our food. We decided to go all-in on their fried rice, ordering both the Chicken and Shrimp versions & Banh Mi. Since they don't do Pho or a Vermicelli bowl, the Bahn Mi is their absolute superstar. The bread has that essential light, crackly crust, and the roasted red pork is incredibly tender with just the right amount of sweetness. The rice had that perfect flavor without being greasy. The shrimp were surprisingly large and fresh, and the chicken was tender and well-marinated. Vietnamese Iced Coffee was the highlight. It was thick, syrupy, and bold with a strong caffeine kick balanced by sweet condensed milk. It paired perfectly with the savory fried rice & Bahn Mi. Di Da is a hidden gem for anyone who appreciates authentic, home-style Vietnamese cooking. Whether you're a local or just staying nearby, it's a must-visit.

I really love Vietnamese food πŸ˜‹ And this little business does it well. But can I give a shout out to the lady (shame on me for not asking her name) who works there, she is a doll. Always smiling, always thoughtful and she always remembers me. It's a pleasure to see her. The food here is delicious, fresh, I feel good eating it. I ordered the fried fish and it was fried perfectly. Crisp, hot and well seasoned, I could eat it every day and I don't eat fried food often. So I went back the next day, this time I had the rice bowl with char siu pork. I'm a spice fiend so I had her kick it up a notch for me. It was delicious, the meat was tender and flavorful with just enough spice to make me sweat a little. It came with jasmine rice and a small salad. I also ordered spring rolls with pork and shrimp, it came with peanut sauce for dipping. The meal was soo filling that I was able to save some for the next day along with 2 spring rolls. The truck is located in the parking lot of Docs Hop Shop, so you can take your food inside and have a brew or 2 as you enjoy your meal. And trust me, you will definitely enjoy your meal and the awesome service.

Great experience at this little food truck! The food was fresh and amazing, we got the jumbo shrimp rolls, spring rolls, and Vietnamese sandwich. Great for a quick bite to eat and reasonably priced. Plus, you can take your food over to the brewery and enjoy it on the outdoor patio. The service was great πŸ™‚
