Great place for a Tijuana style tacos!

Loved the options on the menu, I ended up getting two Asada and two Pastor tacos. They forgot the second tortilla on the Asada tacos, and they fell apart. The pastor tacos were kind of fatty, but overall it was good. Loved the sauces and toppings! Great atmosphere for a food truck joint, with covered seating. Quick service, and very helpful!
Response from owner
The carne asada tacos usually have a freshly made tortilla and only one tortilla is used, not two. The Tijuana-style carne asada taco has only one tortilla.Jayven Szewczyk
Taquería Los Gomez absolutely delivers—this place is a hidden gem. From the moment you walk up, you can tell they take pride in what they do. The food comes out fast, fresh, and packed with flavor. Every bite tastes authentic, like it’s made with real care, not rushed or generic. The tacos are next level—perfectly seasoned meat, warm tortillas, and toppings that actually complement instead of overpower. You can tell the ingredients are quality, and everything tastes homemade. The salsas? Unreal. They’ve got that perfect balance of heat and flavor that keeps you going back for more. On top of that, the energy is great. Friendly staff, smooth service even when it’s busy, and just an overall vibe that makes you want to come back again and again. If you’re anywhere near here and don’t stop by, you’re missing out. Easily one of the best taco spots around. 🔥🌮

We’ve been to this food truck on multiple occasions and have always loved our food with the exception of it being a bit too greasy. We usually order burritos, tacos and gringa quesadillas. They also have salsas and limes and radishes that you can self serve. Now they have a tent and tables for eating and it’s even under a heater if you really wanted to eat there. We always do take out but eating outside in a tent is an option.

Best authentic tacos in Utah and I’m not just your average gringo I’ve lived in and traveled to many parts of Mexico. My wife is from Mexico and she agrees with me. New favorite spot, we will be returning often!!
