This has become one of my favorite things to do with the family on Thursdays. The food truck lineup is always great, with a nice variety of options like ice cream, pizza, Italian food, and of course, the taco bar—which is hands down my favorite. The spicy ranch or steak tacos never miss. It’s become my regular Thursday dinner spot. What makes this place stand out is how well set up it is. There’s a clean indoor area where you can sit and eat, real bathrooms (which is a big plus compared to other food truck spots), and plenty of parking. Everything feels organized, safe, and family-friendly. It’s the perfect place to relax, grab good food, and hang out with friends or family without the chaos of typical food truck events.

I don't remember the name of the truck we ordered from, but if they're serving brisket, you're most likely at the right one. They are beef brisket nachos is so full of flavor! The nachos themselves are cooked with flavor that's addictive. The truck that has the pulled pork and pit beef make amazing pit beef sandwiches. And I can't leave out Nick who sells those juicy and sweet watermelon! The atmosphere is cool. Very friendly people from the vendors to the customers. It's definitely a very nice experience. I've been twice and I'm going back again.

Food truck Thursday is awesome. Always 10-13 different vendors covering Greek, Pasta, Pizza, Burgers, Tacos, Desserts, Fusion and more. Ample parking. Supports the Volunteer Fire Department .

Good variety of trucks, so plenty of different cuisines to choose from. Greek on the Street is almost always there and is our go-to choice, and I'm sure you'll find something you like. There is usually an ice cream option as well. The drinks are sold by the fire station as a fundraiser; they're only a buck each. There is plenty of seating in the fire station's hall, where you will also find the restrooms. Keep an eye on their Facebook page for available trucks and if they're closed due to weather.
