We stopped at this taco truck on our drive from Las Vegas to Valley of Fire State Park, and it was absolutely perfect. The owners were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and the food was fantastic. We tried the chorizo, potato & egg breakfast burrito and the asada, egg & cheese burrito—both were delicious and super satisfying. It ended up being the ideal pre‑hike meal before exploring the park. If you’re in the area or passing through, this spot is definitely worth a stop!

I got two fish tacos. They were excellent. Came with fresh avocado and salsa, and a bottled coke. They fried up the fish after I ordered it so it was nice and hot, and the owner was very friendly.

The chicken tacos were incredible - well seasoned, perfectly cooked and the avocado salsa was fresh and flavorful. The owner was super friendly, gave advice and made us feel right at home. The place itself is simple, but we snagged the table and were entertained by the excited sparrows flitting about. Oh, and the burrito was fantastic too!
