Went to the food truck for a quick bite between meetings. They were very nice and courteous however the food was not good at all. The yucca fries were cold and very bready. The yucca fries I have had in the past were totally different. The chicken sandwich was very flavorful but again cold. Maybe that is how this is supposed to be served? Fair enough, but it was dry, a chicken thigh that was dry? Great yucca fries are enough to keep me going but alas not here.
