Love the tequenos! Imagine a fresh, warm, stuffed breadstick with dipping sauce. Yum!! My favorite is the arepas cabimeras with grilled chicken. It’s layered goodness that you must eat with a fork! Excellent food made fresh to order. Nice, friendly service.

I first visited this place over six months ago when it was very busy, but I decided to give it a try since, as a Venezuelan, good options are scarce in Indiana. Living 30 minutes away, I decided to return and asked an employee if I could place an order via WhatsApp to avoid waiting for my food. I’ve placed over ten orders here, but today, when I sent a message via WhatsApp, it took over ten minutes for the employee to reply after reading my messages. I provided my order details and requested the total so I could pay via Zelle. After 15 minutes, I asked if my order was being prepared, adding an emoji. The employee responded curtly, “No, I’m busy.” I was parked right in front of the food truck with no other customers in line, and the employee seemed more focused on a white machine rather than preparing orders. The issue appears to be that this employee, likely a young person, shows a clear lack of interest and poor attitude in their job. It seems this could be a recurring issue with the staff, which reflects poorly on the family-owned business. As someone who values good customer service, I’m disappointed by this experience. Although the food is decent, I won’t be returning until they employ staff who are genuinely dedicated to providing good service. After a couple of months of posting this review; they still haven’t responded to me or even tried to reach out and express their appreciation for the feedback. This shows the bad attitude that some people have when dealing with criticism. The lack of willingness to acknowledge and improve by listening to constructive criticism.

Really BIG portions. The food is GREAT! If you like to really enjoy your food at a great price and welcoming atmosphere then come check them out! You won’t be disappointed and now they are open even later on the weekends. And they have fast service!!!
