I always get the lamb over rice, and it never disappoints. The lamb is tender, well-seasoned, and the rice is flavorful on its own. The white sauce really brings everything together, especially with a little hot sauce for extra kick. It’s a quick, filling, and consistently good meal that I can always rely on. Also always has great music playing

They aren’t even usually here on Sundays Carlos tells me, I stopped by after walking past earlier today & got the salmon over rice, Salad. Truly wonderful experience I decided to sit right overs behind the building he’s next too & enjoyed the music, it was a whole vibe 😎 food was amazing, Carlos was great. Definitely coming back

This is the best food truck on campus! I love being greeted with a smile everytime. Him knowing his regulars and what they eat warms my heart. 100% recommend!! My bf also comes with me to school just for the food, he’s obsessed with the Doritos meal!
