The guys working here are super nice and fast. The food is delicious! I went here 3 days in a row when visiting the city. Chicken/lamb/combo over rice is fire. Will be back next time I am in the area!

the White & Hot Halal Food Truck is parked on 28th St and Madison Avenue—a few blocks from Madison Park. big clean truck is parked there from late afternoon to late at night. the truck serves up a menu of Halal meat with rice platter as well as sandwiches + soft drinks. it’s typically one-man show. stopped by here because i was too lazy to cook on a weekday night. ordered a chicken over rice. the meat seems pre-prepared, so it’s not grilled to ordered. i got my chicken over rice a couple of minutes later with white sauce and hot sauce. the platter is packed with some salad. it’s supposed to have some French fries packed in as well but for some reason my order didn’t have any— REALLY LAME. otherwise, the food is pretty good. the chicken was seasoned nicely and the rice was cooked well. the salad was flavorful. again, the missing fries was a downer so REMIND them. chicken over rice, $8 + tip grill guy is friendly enough

I have been eating from this food truck for over a Decade, same great taste. Their Fish is best in town for a food truck with some white & hot sauce. Amazing food!!

Best street food in the city. I choose the lamb gyro with white as well as a spicy sausage. The guys were so nice, everything is made fresh to order, and reasonably priced! Perfect for a quick bite to eat while shopping :)
