All I can say is wow! I ordered fried chicken with rice & peas and oxtail gravy. I felt like I was eating from my grandma’s kitchen. Everything was superb!

The lunch special was a bit small for a lunch for me but would probably be perfect for others. I got the medium stewed chicken lunch with plantains and rice which was a great portion and could probably be two meals for some. The stewed chicken was not very spicy and didn’t have a kick like I’ve had elsewhere but I liked the sweeter flavor and as a food truck serving a huge audience I get having a less hot option in comparison to jerk chicken or chicken curry. If you like heat or want to add more they have pepper sauce on the side with excellent scotch bonnet flavor and heat.

Honestly I wanted to like the food but the strew chicken I got was very flavorless (not much spices). Glad I tried it at least once. Just not for me. Very nice people.
