Good Day. Went out on the boat on Prior Lake, & came back to see Ofelia's Food Truck. This was the first time ever trying, & all I can say is it is phenomenal. The service from everyone on the truck was great, & coulls tell they have passion. The food was incredible, & had a lot of depth for flavor. Thank you guys very much.

We tried the enchiladas and burrito bowl. The beef brisket is amazing, the cheese enchilada was nothing very special, the sauce was great. I like the contents of the burrito bowl. I will definitely be back for enchiladas!

Owner was very rude to me. I didnt even get a chance to speak before she started being defensive. The food is very over priced. The lady who took the order, got it wrong and when i went back with the food i was yelled at by the owner. I didnt even want a refund at first until she started in. Very un professional, food is eh and shes over priced.
