Stopped by at 9am and only 3 trucks out there at that time, 2 were closed, so we tried this one. Only a kind older gentleman working by himself. Service amazing, and food was great! Chips not stale whatsoever bcs sometimes the other trucks have stale chips😭 but everything was yummy 😋

I see this truck every day super early in the morning 7:45am and on the way home from work 6pm so I decided to try him out. Got the Lengua tacos and they were really good and inexpensive ($2 each). The guy was really nice and the food was prepared quickly. Can’t wait to try his other Mexican fare! Edit… this morning gps took me by the La Chaupa, so I stopped for breakfast and got the breakfast burrito. This things was huge and delicious for $10. It had chorizo, eggs, cheese, lettuce, tomato cilantro possible some other ingredients as well. I’m stuffed!

The only truck that actually has lengua! I’ve been to every truck on long wharf. These guys have the most flavorful, authentic taste. It’s like eating at mi abuelitas house. These guys are much friendlier than the other guys too.
