Very disappointing experience at this supermarket. The cashier was extremely rude and spoke in an unfriendly tone for no reason. Customer service should be a priority, but clearly that’s missing here.Completely unacceptable behavior from the cashier. Rude tone, no basic courtesy, and absolutely no professionalism. This kind of service drives customers away.

Yesterday, I ordered 6-7 pieces of chicken, and they turned out exactly the way I like them — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. We purchase halal meat from here every week, the customer service today was so bad. The person in the counter was so rude and inattentive while billing. Please train billing employee to retain customers or lose out on future business from multiple loyal customers.
