We LOVE Mary's Cocina! The asada, lengua and carnitas tacos are my favorite. Such delicious food Mary and her crew are awesome and the location is beautiful. Get your food to go or enjoy it at a picnic table in Parkdale's Red Barn Park with mountain and orchard views.

We adore Maria's cocina! We love the amazing flavor of everything. I am obsessed with the burritos. The beans are perfect. The green salsa is so good and full of flavor.The habenero salsa is also amazing but very spicy.in addition the service is always friendly and pretty dang quick too! Love having this as a nice little local tressure!

So happy we have Mary's near by, amazing food and its always hot and fresh. I'm always on the go but the park across from the food truck has cute places to sit down.
