What a delightful discovery! This Turkish food truck definitely stands out in the pretty monotonous food truck scene in the area. Very friendly staff, serving generous portions of delicious Turkish favorites. This time I enjoyed the Kofte Kebab. How I wish this truck will evolve into a full service restaurant, so the menu could be expanded.

Amazing experience at Anatolian Fire! The Adana kebab was perfectly seasoned and juicy, and the chicken sandwich was fresh and delicious. Great taste and great service — highly recommend

I had the honor of being Hasan and Ahmeds first ever door dash customer. This is the perfect stop on the way to hotel from airport to get some authentic Turkish food. Adana kebab and kofte plate is my favorite so far. And it's Halal!

I stopped by this Turkish food truck in the Mountain View area to pick up dinner, and overall it was a very satisfying experience. They serve fresh, hot, and authentic Turkish-style food, especially grilled meats and hearty dinner options. I ordered grilled chicken over rice, but they informed me that the rice had gone bad that day. Instead, they compensated by giving me extra chicken along with more salad and some bread — which I honestly didn’t mind at all. The chicken was excellent: perfectly grilled with visible char marks, a nice smoky aroma, well-seasoned, and mildly spiced. The salad was fresh and refreshing, and while I did miss the rice, the extra chicken and bread more than made up for it. The bread itself was pretty standard. I also tried one of their desserts — a slice of revani (similar to basbousa), a semolina cake soaked in sugar syrup. It was okay — not overly sweet, fairly moist, and decent, though nothing extraordinary. The service is a bit slow, but that’s understandable for a food truck where everything is made fresh from scratch. I also noticed a few Turkish customers eating there, which always feels like a good sign of authenticity. Overall, the food was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. I’m definitely planning to go back to try some of their other kebabs. Highly recommended if you enjoy grilled meats or Mediterranean/Turkish food.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This place is absolutely amazing! The köfte sandwich is one of the best I’ve ever had — the bread is perfectly soft and warm, and the salad inside is super fresh and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality in every bite! The ayran is always cold, fresh, and delicious — just like it should be. Everything here reminds me of the real flavors of Istanbul — simple, tasty, and made with love. Definitely my favorite food truck in the Bay Area! 🔥
