Love the mixture of Tex mex with Asian cuisin the sweet heat of their dry rub is amazing the shrimp and crab nachos are a flavor bomb with a mouth feel,I got the crab ragoons and the grilled cheese burrito definitely worth every penny

Ok, I’ll be the first to admit that a sushi burrito sounds strange. But… if you like sushi but don’t really care for seaweed this may be right up your alley. Owner is very friendly and asked about allergies first which is definitely a plus. As I’ve never had anything quite unique, I asked owner to make me his favorite food and it did not disappoint. Rice was cooked to perfection as well! Will be back to try some other exotic menu options.

This truck has the best food. Curt is truly a master in the culinary arts. The kids devour the quesadillas. My personal favorite is the BangBang Shrimp Burrito, covered in crunchy cheese. Just the right amount of spice, and it is bigger than a Chipotle burrito! We eat there every Tuesday and look forward to it every week. Thanks, Curt and see you Tuesday!
