I grew up in a city called El Paso Texas, which was right on the border of Texas and Mexico and all I ever had growing up was my mom’s cooking and Mexican food! And I haven’t had any great Mexican food in the past 10 years, this food truck hit home and brought a grown man tears! Exactly how I remember Mexican food was supposed to be. We are huge fans and will definitely return!!

The food was amazing. The chef definitely knows what he’s doing when it comes down to seasonings. The tacos were great and quesadillas were amazing. Los birra tacos that comes with it’s consumé are my favorite.

Short line, Long wait. Waited 30 minutes for a can of Coke, 2 orders of nachos consisting of chips, jar queso and slightly seasoned chicken for $23. Los Rollin' Bros leaves much room for inprovement.

Literally the best quesadilla and birria tacos were really good! The pico de gallo was so fresh and the sauce it came with was magnificent! Where have they been all this time!
