My husband and I started our Friday night with an urge to find a new, unique, and delicious burger restaurant. A quick Google search brought up this business, moon cheese. I then went over to their instagram @mooncheeseut to view their menu. The menu sounded so amazing. The business had posted their current location and their hours on their instagram as well. Naturally, we immediately drove over. Locating the food truck was a bit difficult as our GPS wouldn’t plug in their address. However, upon locating the food truck, we found easy and accessible parking. We were greeted by the owner and had amazing conversation before and after ordering our meals. We ordered the Big Bang Burger (blue bun), the Lunar Eclipse (darker bun), and the Astro Fries VIP. Let me tell you, this restaurant fulfilled all of our wants and needs. I had the BBB and WOW! The Huancaina sauce is mind blowing. My husband had the LE and he loved it. He said the egg was cooked perfectly. The fries were amazing as well. 10/10 recommend.

One of the best burgers I’ve ever had, and that goes for both of the burgers we got! We ordered the Galileo and the Super Nova Burgers and they were both cooked perfectly with a ton of flavor. Met the owner and she is so sweet and accommodating. We will definitely be back!
