The team did an ok job through all steps of the process. They fell short on a couple aspects of the build… They ultimately measured wrong and had to hack apart a custom built $10k smoker to make it fit. They installed the wrong sinks per our signed agreement and I, the customer, had to pick up and deliver the proper sinks for them to install. I drove 2000+ miles to pick up the trailer and had to stay 5+ days more than initially planned to wait for them to correct their mistakes. When I finally got the trailer home, I had to fix several other shortcomings. I had to reseal the tv screen housing, since it was leaking water. I noticed there was water leaking from the back, passenger side of the trailer. The mini split was not functioning properly, and United Food Truck would not stand behind their work for the repairs I had to pay for. There were lots of little “attention to detail” issues that I’ve noticed while running the trailer for the first month… If you’re a perfectionist and want things a certain way, this may not be the company for you…

Stop looking for a builder.. These guys are it! This is my second build for a mobile business and I can tell you that this is the best build of a food truck yet! Quality build, customer service, available anytime I have a question to this day. People see my food truck and say it's the nicest one they have ever seen! If you're looking to take the step on a food truck or trailer - these are your guys 100%.
